Elven
Descended from the Grey Elves, a progenitor race of powerful beings, the Elves of Arthos are spread across the continents and at least a few can be found in any settlement of any size. Each kind is known for their own specialties, be it their tolerance for pain, their connection to nature, or their mastery of magic. All also were united in the fact that they were periodically hunted by a Demon Prince known as the Mortigeist before the creature’s demise.

Dark Elves
Dark Elves have become very sensitive to bright light. Their capital is Antioch, an underground city in the middle of Maud’madir. It is said that beneath every cellar lies a secret passage into their underworld.
Fire Elves
The Fire Elves, or the Cindus’Thalan as they are more formally known, are a race of largely desert-dwelling elves known for their near-supernatural endurance and uncompromising nature.
High Elves
Though graceful and wise, High Elves are viewed by others as a condescending and arrogant people, often causing friction when interacting with other races through ‘unintentional’ slights.
Stone Elves
Stone Elves rely on logic and self–discipline to rule their lives. This often makes them appear unemotional or despondent which is quite contrary to their nature. Although most Stone Elves strive to maintain their emotions, there are few that have made a conscious decision to be free with them.
Wild Elves
Wild Elves do their best to co-exist with nature, believing that the beasts and land are here for far more than simple exploitation. They consider few things worse than taking more than you need from the world.
