Although you are free to visit any guilds with your character, you can transfer your character from one guild to another permanently as well. Characters must be approved by the destination guild along with all items the character possesses and the character will not be transferred until that approval is received. Underworld Global will reach out to the destination Guild on your behalf, or you may speak to the guild directly and ask them to contact Underworld Global with the transfer approval. There are no restrictions on how often you may transfer characters between guilds. However each transfer requires a separate approval by the destination Guild. You do not need to get permission from your current guild to transfer to another guild.

Be sure you include the character name and desired destination guild in the order notes! Please note that we cannot give refunds for character transfers purchased from our webstore.
