Tread lightly if you travel north. The town of Mournfall has declared your people unprotected by the laws of the oasis in Jormunger. Please let your Jarl know, all members of clans Lofoten and Malar-Skaw have been named on the unprotected list. To ensure your safety, please contact myself, Ein the gargylen, or Aevar of clan Wolfsgar as soon as possible after exiting the Skein. We will vouch for you to the town council to facilitate your safe passage.
