Hey guys, I was wondering if, while it is constant daylight in a church, a bright light of some sort would be allowed to rep this.
"The Lightweaver may decide whether the area inside Church is considered to be in day time (6 AM to 6 PM) or night time (6 PM to 6 AM) at all times by performing a 10 minute Rite involving lighting or extinguishing candles. This may be done at will."
The book says nothing about how to convey to npc or other PC about this, outside of the lighting of the candles.

Most likely yes, but speak to your local guild about the details, especially regarding the type of light to be used.
