If Arthos is the name of the plane the game usually takes place in, what do people call the "Universe", the place that the planes and the World Tree are inside?

Arthos is actually the planet rather than the plane (making the god Dunarthos essentially "father earth" names wise). Not sure if it was just a typo but thought I'd mention it in the reply in case new players go back and read these.
As far as the universe, I don't know if it has a name beyond "the universe", much in the way our own doesn't. People feeling especially mythological could probably call it the Realms™ but unless I'm mistaken, no broader name has been established.

Does the plane Arthos is in have other worlds? I was under the impression that it only had the one.
And if it only has one then I don't see an issue calling them the same thing.
