Change log:

- pg 5 : changed wording so that the power nexus may match the borders of the existing RITUAL circle to prevent abuse with battlemagic circles

- pg 6: copied the line "All augment rituals require the presence of all lower level augments within the same sphere to be applied to a circle of that sphere." into the Ritual Circle Augments section on page 10-11.

- pg3: removed the line "In most cases, rituals which grant “once ever” or single use effects upon the first act of extending the duration (by any means) it will become a “once per day” effect." as this is the purpose of the new Magnify rituals.

- pg 7: changed the wording that said if a primary investee isn't at 3 events in a row the circle goes away to saying if ALL investees don't attend 3 events in a row. However, if the primary investee dies a final death the circle will still fade.

- pg 8: in "casting the ritual" added that unless a ritual scroll states otherwise the target of a ritual must be within the ritual circle when the ritual is cast.

- pg 10: added to "automatic failure" list that primary + secondary casters cannot leave the circle

- typo and grammar fixes
